raid 5 help please with a sprinkle of nt4 on top

i have a netfinity sever with 3 18 gig i want to put in raid 5

can you please lay out sets to seting up the raid configuation on this please

It has an adaptec board in pci slot3 where it is supposed to be but i cant identifie which one it is.

it is a single channel inside and has one external channel

i also need to install nt4 on top of this but that should be nothing more after raid i set up then to start install and hit f6 to install raid drivers correct?
