RAID 5 Controllers: Adaptec 2251800-R or 3ware 9650SE-4LPML

I am trying to decide between two different RAID controllers for a new build. The system will act as a workstation and will have approximately 2TB configured in a RAID 5 array using Western Digital RE3 drives in either a 3 x 1TB or 4 x 750GB configuration. The two controllers I am considering are the 3ware 9650SE-4LPML and/or the Adaptec 2251800-R (3405) kit.

I am asking this as I do not have experience yet with either of these controllers. The reviews online are good for both, but I am looking for a deciding point to tip the scales in favor of one or the other. Or, if there is a similar controller I am overlooking, what would that be?

What has your experience been or which would you favor?
