Raid 10 two M.2s and two HDDs possible?

X370 ASRock with two Samsung 960 EVO 250GB PCIe NVMe and two WD Blue 1TB SATA 6 Gb/s 7200 RPM. The original thought was to use the HDDs for a raid 1 storage for older projects and the two M.2s as raid 1 for OS, program files and current projects.
