Raid 1 setup

Hey guys, got a question. I currently have an old server built 8 years ago with dual cpu's and what not with 5 hard drives. One drive for the OS, and the 4 are 250 gig in raid 1 setup. So 250 Raid one, 250 raid one. 500 mirrored.

Anyways, I have replaced 2 drives in the last 6 years. Not too bad, but anyways, my raid array took a shit, and I think Its another drive.

Not sure If I want to keep this old server around that has no Serial ATA ect.

I really only want 1 tera byte mirrord connected to the network, and very secure, and the ability to buy a drive when on goes down. I really like Western digital. I have the fastest WIFI setup and 1000MBPS lan.

What should I buy that can do all this? Any help or direction would greatly be appreciated.
