Raid 1 Setup Question

I want to configure a Raid 1 array. Having never tried this before, I want to look before I leap. I know I'll need a controller card which supports this. But, I'm not sure what to look for and which type card I'll need.
I'll be using two 80GB EIDE hard drives, in a Dell Dimension 4600. Thanks.
