Raid 1 problem - help

I have a BD7 raid mobo and have raid 1 installed. Each time I startup I get the message "did not finish rebuild" I enter raid bios and rebuild - all is ok. I use my computer - works ok - then shutdown, and when I start up I get the same problem. Happens everytime after a warm reboot and a cold start.

What is wrong?
