I was thinking about setting up a RAID 0 with 3 harddrives, currently I have it setup with 2 - 80GB harddrives. I just wanted to make sure that I can run a 3 hard drive RAID 0. I am using Abit AT7's onboard RAID, I am pretty sure I can, just wanted to make sure.

Also, as my title read, I am thinking about getting another HD, perhaps a 120GB, to back up all my important stuff, like my docs, files, and some settings, and I was hoping for some suggestion from people who've had to backup their information, as to what files you think I shold backup. Obviously, I think I am going to back up an outlook .PST file, maybe just the addressbook (though I have an implicit copy with my ipaq), also my MyDocuments folder, but what else do people think. Thanks for your suggestions.

I'd just back up the whole thing unless you need the space. If I were you, I'd get Norton Ghost and use that every so often which will copy all the files from the Raid drive to your backup drive. (it has an option for CD's but with that large a size of data, it'll be useless)

i just backup the files i really need... like what you mentioned... including my favorites... and whatever else i put on after the i installed the XP other than the applications. i don't have any pr0n so i don't need a big HD... :p my backups don't even fill half of a 30GB USB HD :D
