Raid 0 problem ( NVIDIA )

Hello there,

I've 4 Maxtor HDD (sata2) , same model same size etc.. raid 0. And i 've Asus P5NTWS mainboard.
Yesterday i run a benchmark with HD Tach, and it seems a little bit slow to me..
Burst speed is 185 MB/s.

And i've a regular 500MB sata 2 disk, when i test it, it is 218MB/s..

What am i doing wrong?

shouldnt worry about burst speed too much, worry more regarding the actual sustained read / write / copy speeds
