RAID 0 plus RAID 5 possible on a P5B Deluxe/Wi-Fi?

Hi,
I have a P5B Deluxe/Wi-Fi on order and plan to use 2 70 GB Raptors in RAID 0 for the OS. I would also like to use the remaining 4 SATA ports on the ICHR for setting up 4 drives in RAID 5. Is it possible to do that on this motherboard? Also, does the RAID 5 config have an option for a hot spare? I've looked extensively for this on various forums but haven't seen anything that talks about this specifically. Any info would be very helpful.
