RAID 0 on P5W DH Deluxe

Hi,
i'm running raid 0 on p5w dh deluxe.
i need to replace my motherboard (1 of my pci-e is not working)
when i replace the motherboard, can i just plug the HDD's to the same sata connectors? will i still have my data? or will they be lost?
Could any of you help me.

Same mobo, same chipset, same drivers = same HDDs

I'd backup whatever data you consider critical, and unless you're using this as always on server, don't use raid.
