RAID 0 not accessible?

I had a 6tb Raid 0 with 2x Seagate 3tb.
After moving my hard drives (from the cage to the 5.25" bay slot) I can't access my raid anymore.
It says " it needs to be formatted"--the pc still sees the 2drives as a single disk but I can't access it.

anyone know what happened or could help me out on how to recover it?
thanks!

What's the controller say? Does it see the array as ok? Are they in the same ports, in the same order?

As Railgun implies, check the cables and everything to make sure it's all connected securely and as it was before. If that doesn't work you may have to restore from backup, which I'm sure you have since you wouldn't put anything on a RAID0 volume that large that you didn't already have archived somewhere more reliable, right?

I will be the broken record here: make sure each drive is plugged into the same SATA port it was in before the move.
