Raid 0 - JBOD dies - Cannot replace.

I have 4 640GB HD's set up in Raid 0. I also have a 1TB drive in a JBOD which is still being currently detected. I wanted to swap out an old drive (500GB which was also set to JBOD) for a 2TB to back up my data so I can install a new motherboard and CPU.

However I've done everything from change bios settings to download WD manufacturer software to fix the problem and to no avail. The drive simply will not get detected in windows or my BIOS.

Something strange I noticed was if I changed the mode to AHCI I could get the drive to detect as a boot up option but not under the actual Hard Drive list in my Bios. Mobo is A7DAS by Foxconn.

Does anyone have any idea how I can get the drive to be detected to I can make my beast of a computer? 🙂
