RAID 0 configuration

I have 2x250GB HDD's in RAID 0 configuration aaaand already it's getting sort of full, can I add another hard drive into this RAID configuration without having to reformat the other drives and redoing the whole RAID config??

 
No, but you could add two more drives and setup a 0+1 array (assuming your controller supports it, of course.)

Or you could add the single drive and use it for data storage.
