RAID:0 array doesnt work unless i hit the reset key during bootup

im pretty sure it'ws because one of the hard drives takes a longer than usual tme to spin up...i have to hit reset before i can boot, drive doesnt get detected the first time, works fineaftger a reboot
 
Are you using older hard drives? There is an option in some controllers to lengthen the time for the drives to spin up. It is something about some drives taking longer to spin up to full speed than others. I'll search through my manual and see if I can find the name of the option.
