Raid 0 and internet surfing, watching videos

I fooling around with the idea of getting another 180GB Intel SSD and doing a Raid 0 setup.

I have several questions on this:

1. Wiill this help with my performance in viewing websites and watching videos online? I read that performance could at least double that of a single SDD in throughput!

2. How do I go about mirroring my existing SSD before wiping it out and placing it back in when the Raid 0 is setup? Do I use a 64GB USB flash and what program can I use to do this mirroring?

Not in the slightest.

For certain workloads. Generally, heavy sequential, and some heavy random transfers. Not light workloads.

It's called "imaging". You can use Macrium Reflect or Acronis True Image, I believe.
