Raid 0 + 1 questions

I already have two 74 GB Raptors installed Raid 0. I want to add a 160 GB as Raid 1. The questions I want to ask is:

1. Will the 160 GB 7200 as Raid 1 slow down the system since it will R/W the Raid 0 10,000 rpm drives?
2. Installation - how? I suspect some DOS mode drive copy software.

Its never a good idea to mismatch drives (speed and cache) when using RAID.

You would lose approx 25GB of space if you were to use that setup, and YES
the slower drive would effect I/O speeds.
