My comment was an allusion to how the State was going about 'solving' their budget issues. I hope he doesn't take the same approach. It'll be interesting to see what he does.

The state raised personal income tax by 67%, I'm sure Rahm will add a similar city tax driving out jobs and lower rungs of people.

Only the rich will be able to live in Chicago.
