Rage Pro Turbo won't save resolution setting!!!

Here is the problem? I tried to install Wes?s new Win2K driver but found that the frame rates for CS sucks so I uninstalled it and switched back to LTM Win2k drivers? so everything looked ok and Win2K booted with driver in 640x480? which is what happens everytime a new driver is installed? BUT when I changed it to 1024x768? and restarted.. it went back to 640x480.. and it continue to revert back to that resolution and 16bit color (settings does not get saved).. How can I get it to save its settings?
