Rage Fury Maxx video card

I installed a Rage Fury Maxx video card. Now All I can get to is
safe mode or if it decides to go into regular mode it locks up
 
I had win95 on my system and AGP wouldn't work properly on it. Instead of just refusing to display many colours like other cards, it bombs out the system completely. This card doesn't work with Win2000 by the way.
I know the card sounds cool but it's an out of date chip and driver situation is ridiculous.
