I think that the reduction in price makes this loaded card good value. Am I right or do the new geforce2s or whatever make it look a false economy please?
I would prefer superior DVD playback and 2D images to superior games speeds, but I appreciate anti aliasing too.
 
The only bad thing is that the MAXX will not now or ever work with Windows 2000. If you can live with that then I guess it is OK if it is cheap enough. On second thought I wouldn't waste my time/money with this particular card.
