Rage 128 Pro and Windows 2000.....

I have an ATI all in wonder Rage 128 Pro running on Windows 98. I am thinking about moving to Win2000, but am worried about a drop in frame rate, especially in Half-Life.

My CPU is a P3-700.

Anyone have any ideas about how many FPS I'll get in Win2k with HL?
