Radio station voices...

you know when they say "hot 105.9 blah blah" and its like that voice of a guy, but it isnt a normal voice... what kinda software do they use to make that kinda voice? it sounds cool and i wanna play around with it if the software is out there...

Usually it is a real voice but sometimes slowed down on tape to make it deeper and slower.

I have a really good "radio announcer voice" I can use. My g/f finds it extremely annoying, but it can be source of endless amusement. I can also do the "Sunday! Sunday! Sunday! Beee There!" guy pretty much dead-on.
