Assuming that they have non stop calls, ~3000 seconds from the first call if only one person is answering the lines sequencialy.

I found that incredibly amusing for some reason.
 
I worked at a radio station as a DJ. When they take the nth caller, basically you just wait a while, and tell someone that they are the one. Of course they may be some stations out there that actually count to say 1000, but I'm guessing they just wait 5 minutes and tell that person they won.
