This is cool, the TV took right away but can't get my scientific atlanta explorer 4200 to respond. Yes I tried the search it didn't take.

I only want to be able to turn the TV on and off and maybe do volume so I'm happy. I'll goof around later try to get the cable to respond.

I have dish network... dosn't seem to work with that unfortunately, but worked when messin' around with a sony TV.
