I turned on my computer earlier today and while surfing the web, I started hearing something along the lines of a radio broadcast. There was advertising, and then some songs would play, and then there would be more advertising. I updated my anti-virus scanner, as well as my spyware scanner but haven't had any luck getting rid of it. Please help!

Your cables to your speakers and picking up radio waves. Try investing in some shielded cables.

It can't be the lines connecting from the speakers to the computer. This has never happened before and I haven't touched a thing. The broadcast is PERFECTLY clear, and isn't fuzzy at all.

You need to contact Geek Squad, they have a gremlin remover and gold plated USB cables that should solve this just fine.

Geek Squad is more like Creepy Squad from what I've been reading in the news. And you can buy all the gold-plated cables you want - I'll skip 'em, thank you very much... The radio station could have changed something as simple as a minor adjustment on their transmitter antenna or gotten a higher power license. I'll join the group that says you're getting bleed over your speaker wires from a nearby AM station. Putting extra shielding on those wires can be difficult - a couple of ferrite rings however are easy and inexpensive - worth a try.
