Radiator question. PLEASE READ!

Ok i have a wtaer cooling setup in my rig. I have the radiator pump and resovoir in a line right on the bottom of my case. There is a big vent in the front of my case, which my radiator is right next to. I was wondering should i have the fan sucking air from the radiator, which will suck air from the out side, or would it be better if the 120mm fan sucked air from out side and pushed it through the radiator?
 
It is more efficient to suck air through the radiator with a shroud which is place a few inches away from teh radiator.
