Radiator Mounting and Water Pumps

I'm having trouble deciding on how to mount a radiator into my upcoming custom case (built from scratch). I'm thinking of using a 5"x7" radiator. Where is the ideal place for the radiator to be mounted? I generally see them mounted flush on the rear of the case, with the fan attached onto the radiator, looking as if it is blowing into the case. Is this a good method? I was thinking along the lines of making a blowhole on the rear of the case, mounting the fan INSIDE the case, and mounting the radiator directly outside the blowhole.

Also, what strength of pump and reservoir volume would go well with a 5"x7" radiator? I'm trying to find places that sell submersible pumps, small enough to fit into 4.5" diameter cylinder reservoir. Something like what overclockershideout.com has here would be ideal, but I just want something similar to the pump they have inside, not their reservoir (I'll be building my own). I'm thinking of something between 160-200 GPH would probably be best.

TIA!

Well - I already specified I will be using a 5"x7" radiator. I'm just doing some light watercooling for some overclocking, my case is going to be a 28cm cube, so there isn't a lot of real estate for larger radiators.

Any info about the actual mounting and pump anyone?
