Radiator mounting advice

My first time having to mount a radiator and I wanted to get some advice.

I just bought the EVGA 980 ti Hybrid as my vidcard and am going to be installing it in a HAF X case for my new build. Where would be the best place to mount the radiator in the case? Thanks in advance!

on the rear of the case will it interfere with your cpu cooler?

Mounting on the rear I would just replace the stock case fan that's there with the radiator then I take it?
