Radiation patters on bluetooth hands-free devices

I was curious about the radiation patters of mobile bluetooth hands-free devices for some models like the Jabra Freespeak BT200 and the SonyEricsson HBH-65.
I know the bluetooth hands-free use a lot less energy and hence the 2.4GHz radiation is significantly lower but I am interested in the complete details if available.
Can anyone help me on this?

The battery is heating up your ear, not bluetooth signals.

yah, you dont feal radiation heat you up unless it is Extreme (like killing you off the next day)
