RadeonPro DVC

I can't figure out how to to get that option to show up.

I only get Triple buffering, Force API detection and stealth mode, but not DVC. I've reinstalled Radeon Pro multiple times.

It doesn't show up in either global or profiles. Am I missing something or is it only for 7 series cards.

I thought I'd try it out and see if it was any smoother.

There's dynamic vsync, aka adaptive vsync. Then there's dynamic frame rate control.

I don't notice MS in single cards, but looking at fraps frame time, the difference is drastic, it makes even single card frame time fluctuations gone.
