Radeonator OC'ing my 9700 Pro

A member referred this software to me for OC'ing my Radeon 9700 Pro. I was wondering if anyone else who has good experience with OC'ing VGA cards could second this claim? Is it "safe?" If you have OC'ed your Radeon, please leave before and after MHz for core and memory, and if you increased the agp voltage at all. Thanks.
