Anyone know why the Radeon 9800pro agp,is running so hot on my computer,,i mean you can touch the mini heatsinks on it and get burned? am confused,i have a 500/w ps..any suggestions would help thank you or does anyone know if this is normal for the ATI/Radeon family ?🙂

Will you literally get burned or is it just very hot? My 9800 pro, if I remember correctly, was hot to the touch as well. But that was after a few hours of playing Doom 3.

As long as it is running at stock voltages, it should be fine. In fact, I believe that it does not even have RAMsinks normally (I am guessing that is what you mean by mini heatsinks, there would be 4 on each side of the card)
If you really want the card to run cooler, I would reccomend an ATI Silencer for it - not only will it be cooler, it will also be quieter.

I would also recommend the VGA silencer for it,that stock heatsink/fan is a joke.
