Radeon X850 XT PE cooler?!

I was looking at pics of the X850 XT PE. I noticed that it still has RAM chips on the back. However, this time... ATI has put a Heatsink/RAMsink on the chips. The weird thing is, some of the pics show a copper sink on the back and other pics show it as being aluminum?! Has anyone noticed this?!
