Radeon X800XT Platinum Edition

I ordered this deal yesterday and a csr contacted me (called me at my home) today stating that it would take up to 2 weeks for the video cards to come in and if i still wanted my order, I told them yes I still want the video card. Seems like they will honor this price! This is legit!
 
Most people get the PM without any questions asked.

CDW is so back ordered you probably wont get it for ~4 weeks.
 
I just talked to a csr who said they are recieving thier shipment of x800xt pe's on the 17th or 18th of june. She also told me that they will have alot of stock, they said they have more cards comming in then people ordered! Said my card should be at my house by the 20-21st which is awsome!

Ok, the rep I got wouldn't pricematch.

He said that they have 526 supposed to come in, and that only 471 had been reserved so far.

I don't suppose you know what CSR you talked to do you?
 
Don't remeber who I talk to, they would not price match with me anyway they said gateway does not have them in stock, for the price would have been the same anyway, gateway would charge me tax cdw didn't so same price for me either way. The way gateway was tiptoeing my questions and availabilty I cancelled them after talking to thier FLAKEY csr, I always hated gateway stuff anyways its Jinxed! LOL
 
Ok, sorry, I didn't actually pay attention apparently, I thought you had. Still, nice deal, since they said they still have some open for the first shipment.

If you call this number jennifer will help you she said they have 521 cards comming on the 15 or 16th and 471 of them are ordered so if you have and doubts about gateway call here 1800-622-6222 ext 30677 this is her direct line and she is honest!


I am not thead crapping the gateway deal, I cancelled my gteway order after dealing with thier 1/2 ass csr's my order total 2 nd day was $474.00 which was the same price after tax and shipping from gateway call now she is waiting I told her I would post this and get all of them sold today! LOL She said bring it on!
 
Yes, I talked to a different person than her even and he also confirmed the fact that they have orders that could be filled for their shipment that will be coming on the 16th.

If you were wanting to get an X800XT, then get this, as Gateway doesn't deserve your money.
 
LOL - just placed an order and called Jennifer at the extension provided above. She was indeed quite polite, but she wasn't able to confirm exactly how many they'd be getting or whether or not I'd be getting one in the first shipment. If I didn't have one on the fifteenth or sixteenth when they card the cards in, she said that of course I could cancel the order. She also asked where I got her extension from, as she wasn't the CSR attached to my order - I told her "the Internet", which she seemed to find amusing. Maybe we should leave the poor girl alone. ^_^

So, I called a CSR (not Jennifer 🙂) today, and was told they had no ETA for the cards until tomorrow, because today was the ETA and that date is not updated until the ETA has passed. Anyone gotten a shipping confirmation or any other indication that we'll see these this month?

These cards are due in to CDW around the end of this month from ATI.
At that time, though, I don't know if we'll be receiving enough to cover all current backorders. We are expecting
525 pieces, however we currently have 539 on backorder by other customers.
If we do not get enough in from ATI, it may be a few weeks before this is available. Is that OK for you?
