I picked myself up a Radeon X1900XT last week and I was looking at the ATI Overdrive utility and it said my memory was clocked at 594Mhz and the core 500 Mhz, I thought it was supposed to be 1.45 Ghz for the memory and 625 Mhz for the core, am i just missing something or what?

It is like AMD cool-n-quiet stuff, it declocks a bit when idling, and the mem is that speed x2, so ~600MHz x2 = 1200Mhz at idle. If you track it (I forget how atm) you'll find that under stress (like in games) it'll crank up to top speed. Just a way to curb heat and noise.

yep stock in 2d it downclocks from 625/725 1.3v (v-core) to 500/600 1.175v

Not being that I like useing ATi tool to control my fan speeds I also 1UP ATi's method and set the 2d clocks to 300/600 0.995v as a result I idle at 44 deg C with the fan only running at 23% (inaduble)
