I'm a bit baffeld about this. I tried installing the newest catalyst drivers yesterday, and after they were installed and my computer had restartet i had an obscene amount of screen tearing/corruption/artifact, call it what you will.
So, i then proceeeded today, figuring out what the heck was wrong. I've been as far back as catalyst 7.14, but with no better result. Im now back with some oooold drivers from Asus homepage (its an Asus gfx card).
I dont even know what version of the catalyst drivers they are, but the archive name is ati833_xp2kxp64. But im sure theyr pretty old.
SO how come i cant install newer catalyst drivers, without getting a rediculous amount of corruption on my screen.
