Radeon Video In Error

I got a Radeon 64MB DDR video card about a week ago. Last night was the first tiem I had tried to use the video in. I started the ATI's Video In program and got the following message:

The TV Player failed to initialize the Video. Ensure correct video drivers have been installed and close any applications which may be playing video, such as DVD or WebTV before attempting to restart TV.

I am still using the original ATI drivers fromthe CD. I haven't upgraded them yet, I have been too busy. Do you think that would fix the problem?

I am downloading the newest official drivers now (7075). I am also downloading the Video Capture Update for Direct X8.0a as well. Hopefully these will work and let me use Video In. I will update this thread after I am done.
