Radeon VE questions

Installed the newly acquired Radeon VE. As a former owner of Rage Pro, this card is heaven. Yes, yes, I knew it is crippled compared to the LE or real DDR version. But I already invested into dual monitors:-(
Now the problem is I am only able to use the extended desktop when I log in as admin in W2K. If I log in as power user, it would not work no matter what I try. Any help for this?
As you probably guessed from my retired Rage Pro, I am not a real hardcore gamer. I just installed Q3 on the computer. But cannot run it. It always gives error message for failing to initialize OpenGL. Where can I find some articles about this?

Hmmm, I don't have any experience with the VE, but go here if you want an ATI dedicated site with a pretty helpful discussion board.
