I'm running Radeon Software 15.11.1 and found that it appears they removed the monitor preset keyboard hotkeys. They removed it from the right-click functionality in the tray icon as well.

I did find a semi-workaround with pinning Radeon Additional Settings to the desktop context menu, from where you can click on your preset.

Is it worth sticking with Radeon Software for the other enhancements on a 5870? Or should I just go back to the last WHQL CCC release? It seemed to me like this card might get a boost from the flip queue size improvements.
I play a lot of MOBAs so a 50ms to 15ms improvement on input is welcome.

My thought is that since Radeon Software is the future- if I buy AMD again I may as well get used to this now..

This was one of those small features that helps keep me on AMD instead of NV. Now I'm wondering if I should just move to that software that the NV guys have to use for preset hotkeys (DisplayFusion?). That would make a transition to NV easier if I go with them for my new 14nm build next year..
Just need a new game I want to play (likely L4D3 or HL3). VR to arrive and the dust to settle.

What did you do with the preset keyboard hotkeys? I know they added some profile features that include automatically enabling eyefinity. Check and see what else you can do with the profile.

The new profiles are for when games load. I use profiles for all 3 lcds enabled, just the left lcd enabled, just the center lcd enabled, so forth.

I can see why they didn't want to maintain the hotkeys. But kind of odd they also removed right click option in the taskbar icon too. I'm just going to bite the bullet and stick with RS as it is rather than rolling back. Less of an annoyance to adjust then if I go with AMD next year. But given equal performance, if NV has GCN 1.2-like fine grained preemption and async compute I'll probably try them again for the first time in 6 years.
