UPDATE!

Well, I did what everyone suggested, installed new 4-in-1 AGP Drivers, etc, and added the registry keys, and I ran the test again, w/ Powerstrip running the card at 184Mhz, I got my score up to 3995. That is still not up to par... Hmm... I'm really reconsidering formatting my HD and reinstalling everything?

Also, if I were to plug my AIW Radeon into a different computer, a P3 866 on a P3V4X, w/ VIA chipset, would I get similar results? or perhaps, a possibility of even higher more accurate results?

thanks a lot folks, I really appreciate your help

That still is somwhat low, because I'm getting about 4500 w/32bit and I have a Duron 900, KT7,128 MB PC133, etc etc. Did you get rid of ALL of the inf's, registry settings, dll's, system files, drivers etc, of your previous videocard? If not search for those and get rid of them.

How do I go about searching for those? and do they really have a profound effect on the score? I booted up in safe mode, looking for other video cards, but I found none... And I don't really want to mess anything up in the registry.. Is there an easier, safe way of doing this? maybe a program?

Max it is probably Win2k, I would expect a much higher score with 98.

I am running 2k and

Pentium III, 1Ghz
512MB RAM
Radeon LE 32MB DDR (180/180) Hyper-Z Enabled, Tweaked with RadeonTweaker, (3011)

I get around 4500 on the default bench, but I'm not too worried :)
