radeon rx580 weird issues

So I've been having quite some minor issues and I can't help thinking it's the new 2020 drivers. Can somebody recommend me the most stable drivers for my rx580?(also include a link please). Also WHY DOES IT GET SO HOT MY PC SHUTS DOWN SOMETIMES(but that;s an issue for another time for now I want to see if changing driver fixes the other things,I can probably handle overheating by using a bunch of methods after that).
I will describe some of the issues if necessary but for now I want to see if the drivers fix them as I said before..

The win 10 64 bit go back to 19.9.2. https://www.amd.com/en/support/prev...500-series/radeon-rx-500-series/radeon-rx-580 Sorry, I cannot recommend the most stable version for it, my vega 56 has been great with every version since I bought it, for the games and tasks I use it for. Which is why I think it is silly to want to just change drivers looking for a quick fix. I would immediately undervolt my card and apply new T.I.M. if I had heat related shutdowns. It can permanently damage it.

what is this

i told you that's not the main issue.that's the drivers not applying my fan curve sometimes
I don't care what you think the main issue is, heat is the enemy of hardware. And you are welcome for the link to the drivers.

yes I have solved the heat issues by messing arround with the fan curve. Most of the issues I am talking about happen even at 50C so I bet it's not about temperature...
