Radeon Reboots Switching Vid Modes. HELP

I just put a new Sappire Radeon 9600 Pro in my rig. (previous card was ASUS TNT2, which worked fine in this setup, except it was slow in some games)

This Radeon immediately reboots my PC when it switches video modes for my game. (You get the splash screen for say Q3A and then it reboots when it tries to put up the menu) It does not reboot when switching modes on just the desktop properties | Settings.

Any help greatly appreciated!

Try reducing your desktop refresh rate.

OK. I tried that and it didn't seem to help. I was also able to get it to reboot while just mucking with the ATI settings.

Can this be power supply related? (I have a 230W)

That would be my first guess, doesn't ATI recommend a 250/300W PSU mininmum for Radeon 9500+ cards? (SFF PC's are exception) I would try a different PSU.
