I just cant seem to decide which one to buy. Both of them look so good. Does anyone with this motherboard have one of these cards ? If so, how are they working ?

I almost bought the Radeon today, but I'm a win2k user and the possibility of driver problems has gotten me spooked.

Go with the GeForce2 GTS.

My friend had the Radeon and it was considerably slower then GTS.

GTS boards dropped in price so you will find a good deal for around $150 for 32mb.

Nvidia releases new drivers all the time. You can overclock the card pretty well to get some extra performance.

I love my Radeon 64meg Vivo..I got rid of the Geforce2 64megger and just haven't looked back.. I have the Pro2 mobo...

Nvidia has more win2k drivers for the Geforce/tnt than ati has for all of their products(win9x+win2k).
So take your pick 😉
Oh and i might point out that the GF2 has had excellent win2k drivers since the day it came out 🙂

Man, you guys are killing me. I guess I'll just have to toss a coin ! If it makes any difference im not really that much of a hard core gamer, most of my work is done in 2D. But, when I want to play, the power has to be there.

I've read mixed opinions about the quality of the geforce 2d. If its not there, well thats just unacceptable to me. The card that I buy HAS to provide excellent 2D and 3D.

Are all of the nVidia boards the same in terms of quality ? Elsa, Leadtek, Visiontek, ASUS....I mean really, how is one supposed to choose ?

You made the wrong 2D choice.......
