At least "he are aware" there is a problem. As I posted up thread I already received a response for my AMD4U ticket yesterday. I still haven't received a key for beyond earth yet though. Hopefully this will all be fixed soon. I think I'll be holding on to my Gold Rewards ticket for a while to give AMD some time to fix whatever is broken.
 
Haha, I didn't catch that.

Some folks on the AMD forums are saying they are getting responses with instructions to take a photo of their card, purchase form, etc. But no resolution for anyone yet.
 
Same here. There is a new thread over at AMD since the old one had to be locked for some reason. This is from the moderator Ray.

I just now received a working game key for Beyond Earth. Only took nine days but at least I got one. Any else get their keys fixed yet?
 
I tried my other Gold Key last night, got the code, and was able to redeem all the games successfully. I did both Star Citizen and a few Steam games.


So for anyone sitting on a code worried about this issue, you might be okay redeeming them now.
 
Thanks for taking the plunge first and letting me know it's safe to use my gold ticket. =) Now if only there were 3 games I wanted on the list. I think I might just wait a while and see if they add more games to it.
