Radeon LE with Win2k - please help

i just got my radeon le from newegg two days ago, got the thermal orb also
after i install the card and driver ( latest official driver), i cant enter win2k.
its either the monitor blacks out or freezes. but the card works well with redhat.
i assume theres nothing wrong with the card.

does anybody have the same problem with me?
or somebody who has ways to correct this problem?

Can you boot into windows using the "last known good configuration", or boot with your win2k CD and do a "repair"?
 
i've done that too but still it doesnt work
i re install win2k and install SP 2
now i can load windows but after a few mouse clicks ( a period of time) the computer crashes
