radeon le overheating

does it overheat bad or at all?
is it enough to make a comp freeze?

I haven't had a problem w/ my Radeon LE overheating. However, with my Radeon LE, when i oc to 190/190, and i use the retail heatsink, i get lockups in game> however, after putting a S370 heatsink onto it and it's fine.
