Radeon LE is better than a Geforce2 MX in my opinion. But if you are going non-overclocked checkout the Radeon 32MB DDR at newegg.

Im going to go against the grain and say GF2 MX dual head.
The new nView in the 27.xx drivers are what clinch it for me as being able to play games without having to disable the second display, being able to play video on second display, regular driver updates, software side on a par with Matrox nearly IMO, yadda, yadda. ;)
I think Matrox may at last have got a serious competitor with nVidia looking at these drivers.
If you do get an MX dual head, make sure it is an Elsa as they are the only ones with decent 2D from my experience.
Im currently using a PCI Elsa dual head with 2x TFT's and wont be replacing it till the Ti4600 comes down in price end of the year.
Im also biased against ATI cards as ive owned 2 of them and wont be giving them my money again. You may guess why ;)

Edit: How did i do guys, trying to be a nVidia zealot? Shame on me :D

Oh yeah, i wouldnt recommend buying the MX for the nView till we get a official driver release as there are a couple of bugs in the beta's:-

NAV gives error at clicking finished at end of manual single file scan.
Desktop Explorer disables Windows Explorer!
My MS eBook gives me an error when i close it.
None of these bring the rig down though.
Just to show im not being biased ;)

Visiontek geforce2 gts is $49 at newegg.com I know this isn't one of the choices you listed, but this card will spank bothe of those and it's only 49 bones.

ehh...its too late anyway. i already bought the mx w.tv-out for $40, and i got raped on ebay last year for the radeon le. well.. i'll prolly use the mx, becuz the le is in my sis bf's computer. being his pc is better then the pc i will be putting the mx in... i will cut him some slack... hehee :) the mx machine is gonna be my secondary CS box anyway. running low resolution, so i should get pretty good FPS :D

Given a choice between the two, I'd get the Radeon LE. I wouldn't recommend any of the GF2 MX's to anyone. A better comparison would be the Radeon LE vs the GF2 GTS-V, which is actually cheaper than the MX's. That's the card referred to in the above posts over at newegg.com.

I would only compare the MX's to the Radeon VE.

I should also mention that I've bought two of the above mentioned GTS-V's and can say that these are great cards for money, and are overclocking demons.
