Radeon LE+ME freezing during install

Just got my new Radeon, go to put it in and all seems well, till ME says that its looking for the software for my new display adapter....... then it just sits there. I have run a viper2, tnt2, and voodoo3 on this system no problem, removed all the prior drivers before install and still just sits there, any ideas? Thanks in advance for your advice...

Click cancel when it asks to install the drivers manually. Then just point it manually to the unzipped files from the newer drivers.
