Radeon LE hyper z and MHZ questions

I have powerstrip and can enable hyperz but how do I do it in the systems registry? And the second question is that if I run this bad boy over 200Mhz (which I can) I have heard that performance goes down for some reason...can anyone verify this. By the way I have added some cooling to this but the other one that I have is 183 no problems-stock.

Start>run>regedit>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>software>ATI Technologies>Driver>0000>atidxhal. Open folder and add three settings: DisableHyperZ=0 , DisableHierarchicalZ=0 , FastZClearEnabled=1. Put them in exactly as spelled and capitalized. No equal sign of course.
