A question more about the retailer CyberPower than the LE. Sorry if this is not the right place to post.
CyberPower is advertizing on Pricewatch a LE for $62 plus $8 shipping. When I go to their website, the price says $68. When I call their order number, first they say the price will be updated tomorrow, 8/28, so try back then. But the Pricewatch post is from 8/22. Then I try again today, 8/28. Same problem. I call the order number. They say they know nothing of the website prices. I ask who I can speak to about the descrepancy. On hold for 30 sec. The operator then says go thru the ordering process on the website, the price will change. I tried it- it doesn't (at least not after filling out one screen and I am unwilling to hit the "place order" button with the old price showing). I call the order number again. They say they know nothing about the web prices. I ask again who I can speak to about the PriceWatch/Website descrepancy. On hold again. They come back and say, place the order and then call back tomorrow and the purchasing department will adjust the price. But again they say they know nothing of the website price.
What do I do? This appears to be a sleazy way not to honor their PriceWatch price.
